Pure gases

Gases meeting highest purity and quality requirements.

Application

They are used for analytical, metering applications, as resonator gases in laser technologies, in medicine, in laboratories (chromatography and spectrometry), for scientific and research purposes, as well as in technologies where the impurity presence and concentration is critical. Gases are supplied both in gaseous and liquid form in cylinders, bundles, cryogenic cylinders, receivers, in liquefied gas transportation containers and ISO tank containers. To ensure gas quality, each cylinder undergoes special preparation procedures before filling, including cleaning, valve inspection, steam treatment, purging, vacuum desorption and vacuum degassing.

Features

When working with pure gases, special attention is paid to the quality of materials and reducing equipment in contact with gases. All reducing equipment is fitted with stainless membranes and, depending on the purity of the gas, corresponds to the following classes: High Purity (HP) - for gases with a purity of up to 99.999% and Ultra High Purity (UHP) - for gases with a purity of up to 99.99999%. All materials undergo special treatment of the inner surface. For operations with aggressive media, corrosion-resistance materials or equipment with SilcoNert 1020 special treatment are used, same as for gases with ppb levels of impurities.

Delivery

Pure gases supplied in the form of gas or liquid in reusable containers of various volume, with various connection types: acc. to the German Standard (DIN 477), British Standard (BS341), Compressed Gas Association Standards (CGA), in bulk tank containers.
